Drunks at Woody's party

State Rep. Woody Bowman did not consume alcoholic beverages. But he held an annual New Year’s Eve Party fund-raiser for supporters.

Lots of attendees had a bit too much to drink at the party and Bowman tried to have conversations with them, anyway.

Those interchanges didn’t always make a lot of sense to those within earshot, but attendees had a great time and Bowman raised desperately needed funds.
